Dose - Proper dosage to stay rolling +5-8 hours?

SWIM would like to know the proper (way/amount mg's) to take molly's so they can stay rolling for at least +5 hours? They're also looking for a very high state w/out overdose symptoms.

Also what do you think the maximum mg's they should take first dose and the absolute maximum dosage that should be taken within the 5+ hours? There tolerance is so so if any.

I heard that when nelly the elephant goes out raving they usually split a gram up into 16 (62.5 mg bombs), to kick things off they usually double drop and then top up every once in a while (usually an hour to an hour and a half apart depending on how they are feeling(nelly usually gets excited if a good dj comes on)). They wouldn't recomend double dropping for someone with low tolerance, or an inexperienced user, maybe have one and see how that hits before a second. Nelly the elephant usually doesn't like to have more than 5 or 6 bombs in a night, though others may argue that even this is excessive and doing anything more than a quarter gram is too much (though some of nelly's friends have been taking md a bit longer and can get through up to half a gram in a night, thouhg nelly thinks this is excessive i guess it must be subjective to a point). They say be sure to take a break from dancing and cool off every now and then as well as drinking enough but not too much water (around a pint or 500ml bottle an hour).

At least thats what i heard anyway.

SWIM knows the rule of thumb is around an hour to an hour 1/2, but also read that doing a total of 2.5; 1.5 first than .5 every half hour for the rest will keep you up for +7 hours. Can anyone comment on this?

Swim doesn't think there are any hard and fast rules. Every body is unique and should be treated as such, also what SWIY takes will be different to what SWIM takes and so on. There is no special recipe or magical rule.

SWIM finds that if he wants to stay up longer then taking more after the initial dose does the trick (as opposed to taking lots in one go where SWIM would turn into a gurning idiot and come down after roughly the same period). When SWIY feels they are starting to come down, if they have a little more it should bring them back up, using this method SWIM has never come down before he wanted to. SWIY should really be judging it on the night by the state of how high he is, but for SWIM, keeping near to the guidelines above tend to work every time.

SWIM would also say dosing every half hour is too much. Once SWIY reaches their peak their aim by taking the others is just to keep SWIY there, the effects of a bump will last for longer than half an hour so SWIY wouldn't need to dose that often.

160 mg is a good dose, and if you redose an hour after feeling the first effects it'll lengthen the roll...

a quarter of a gram lol swim has taken 2gs of pure mdma in one night and only rolled till 4 in the morning which swim thought was pretty early.

Good for SWIY. I'll remain sceptical about that though thanks, even if it is true its not exactly good advice is it? Also if SWIY is planning on enjoying the effects of MD on anything bordering regular use i'd go easy.

The pills have teh advantage of (usually) breaking down in the body slower than the powder. For that reason, it kinda works like a time-release system.

It may be worth swiY's while to find a way to time-release it as well
