It can happen although not always. I suppose it would depend on the (MDMA) dosage or added fillers if we're talking about random ecstasy pills sold on the street. The same thing can happen with cocaine or amphetamine. Sexual arousal is achievable though. I think urinating is probably more of a problem realistically. There's something slightly upsetting about a drug that prevents urination for several hours whilst requiring a decent quantity of water to be consumed over the course of the session. That's why SWIM tends to avoid large dosing (come to think of it, it's been well over a year since he touched MDMA) when he indulges.

The male orgasm is very different to the female orgasm of course so ecstasy may provide a different effect. The difficulty in male sexual function when it comes to ecstasy is probably linked to heart-rate and blood-flow. If your heart requires that much more blood pumped into it, that may take away from the amount of blood required to have a proper erection.

Many people describe the ecstasy experience as being more "sensual" than it is sexual. Seeing as female orgasm is generally thought to be more sensually-based as opposed to the supposedly more routine male orgasm (a bit of a myth in itself), perhaps ecstasy suits females as more of a sexual enhancer. Personally SWIM finds cannabis to be the best sexual enhancer. Not from the point of view of reaching orgasm quickly but by actually delaying orgasm. Males and females have different goals when weighing up the quality of orgasm(s). Cannabis probably suits men better because it's all about perfecting a single orgasm. Ecstasy may suit women better because it's all about a continuous series of orgasms.

SWIM has deffinatly noticed this. It seems to come from cheap x or ampets even sometimes he says. SWIM thinks that it is not allways the case, often on extacy he becomes extremely arroused quite easily and all the empathy and extra energy makes the above substance quite the aphrodesiac. SWIM thinks that Nature Boy makes a few valid points though, SWIM also thought one step further in making a connection with heavy ammounts of THC and "Limited sexual function" some experience.

To have real sex you have to be in the right state of mind, SWIM does not mean sober (Neccisarily), but to a actual point of conciousness. It seems to break down into mechanical stimulation after that. SWIM tells me a few times while fucking on acid he basically tripped out. He thinks the completly reflective room and heavy doses to be somewhat to blame the first time, the next time in a more typical "Luvving" environment and again it was just not realy fun.

Some freinds of freinds of mine are massive meth heads and fuck for hours upon hours. Bit off toppic though.

No no, what you're saying is very interesting indeed.
SWIM finds it bizarre though as alot of her female friends say smoking weed can really decrease their sex drive and they tend to become unattracted to sexual partners but many male friends say their sex drive is not altered or increased.
Personally SWIM does enjoy getting stoned but does not enjoy how, after a very long session, lethargic she feels as she enjoys extremely long periods of sex.

SWIM agrees, SWIM finds whilst on XTC she becomes very sexually attracted to people because she has empathy for them. Everything is much more loving and energetic than just sitting getting high, giggling and not really bothering to move.
SWIM finds sex very mechanical when stoned. SWIM prefers sex most when sober or on stimulants as it is far more exhilarating and wild.

Swim is returning to a scene after a 15 year abstinance period and initially felt that after taking mdma, pills, coke and alcohol it would be prudent to use something like cialis or viagra (which incidently had to be purchased as not widely available on script) Taking ED pills become the norm. One night swim found himself in a situation after a few lines of mdma, a pile of coke and lotsa booze was in a situation where he was expected to perform and found he didn't need an ED pill and hasn't used any for a couple of months. Though would prefer an ED pill as its much harder tho doesn't like the side effcts ...sometimes headaches and back and leg pain the next day.

If it's really E, it makes sex a whole lot better, but heaps of e is contaminated with cheaper amphetamines with stronger vasoconstrictive effects.

But seriously, many people will report the best sex they've ever had [both in terms of 'performance' and enjoyment] was on ecstasy, but it has to be real.

swims had problems reaching orgasms before (and maybe once getting it up in the first place, although he cant remember very well, go figure) but this was on pills. as has been said, if its near-pure MDMA then that may change. the one time he had MDMA he didnt have any sex.

Swim has found that, in the case of her partner, "pill dick" is something desirable and opposite of not being able to perform. Swim's partner seemed to last much longer on opiates, as they are very stimulating for him. As intense as sober sex is, pill-dick seems to intensify the longevity and orgasm for her partner.

If swim recalls correctly, E produced the same effects, except that (as another swimmer stated) in that case it was more about the journey than the destination. There was much arousal but very few orgasms. Those always came the next day.

Honestly, swim enjoyed touching and playing on E more than she did actual intercourse or trying to achieve orgasm.
