Swim has cut down on using kratom daily and isi getting slight w/ds with sleeping issues at night

Swim bought some phenibut to help swim out but now swim is scared to try it!


What is a good starting dose for phenibut? and what can swim expect? Is phenibut safe?? ALso will there be no hang over swim hopes?

Phenibut is pretty safe ..is pretty mild ..just use common sense and don't abuse it.

SWIM has used Phenibut many times ...

staring dosage for me is 1 to 2 grams ... the effects last a long time like 12 hours if u take too much you will feel drowsy the next morning...

is a good supplement to help you quit GHB...apart from that is pretty much not for rec. use..
tolarance will develop really fast..

swim uses it from time to time,nice relaxation,pretty good sleep.
1 to 3 gramms is a safe dose,even with a little alcohol.
tolerence builds up fast though,only use it something like 2 or the
times a week.

Phenibut is mild stuff. Don't expect to get tore up or euphoric, haha.

Swim's drug naive friend took some once and got zero effects from it.

There's info out there on this stuff if ya look.

Swim does not think there is anything to worry about from using this stuff.

Around 400mg should be a good starting dose, to be taken just before going to bed.

There are reports in the forum of terrible withdrawal symptoms, so best not to use it often.

There are also reports of feeling drunk well into the next day if combined with alcohol, which is probably a bad idea in general.
