Combinations - Tramadol and vicodin together?

SWIM is pretty much a rookie to all of this, but a few months ago he started using Tramadol about 1-2 times a week at about 400-500 mg each time. He loved the euphoria he got from it, but now it seems he has built a tolernace to it. He was wondering what the effects would be if he took tramadol with one white vicodin. Sick, euphoria or what?

Tramadol is cross-tolerant with other narcotic opiates. In other words - if SWIM has a tolerance for tramadol, then SWIM will register very little from hydrocodone either.

What about if he combined Percocet and Tramadol? He was going to take about half a percocet and 300mg of tramadol. You were right about the Tramadol and vicodin, he got very little more from them together.

SWIM has combined tramadol and vike together with cannabis also and SWIM had a "nod"like high but SWIM had no tolorence to either substance

SWIM dosed at 50mg or maybe it was 100mg tramadol and 5mg hydrocodone tho

I have to dispute this partially. Swim gets absolutely no effects from tramadol anymore due to mental tolerance, but Swim can still get nice and nodding from hydrocodone, although it is in higher dosages, about 2-3x what they were when Swim was opiate naive.

Don't take tramadol over 400mg. Anything over is really pointless as tramadol has a ceiling. Besides that, anything really that's over 300-400mg is upping the seizure risk quite a bit.

Vicoden is not a drug. It is a BRAND. Hydrocodone is what you want to be asking about, not vicoden.

Swim has mixed the two of these drugs no problems in the past. Usually a pretty good combo for those with no tolerance.

Please remember to CWE anything over 2000mg of APAP. Vicoden is full of APAP, known better as tylenol. Dangerous to the liver.

SWIM agrees with the above post.He also finds Tramadol useless.He has reached the 400mg. mark and all he got was a MASSIVE headache witf ALOT of nausea.
