Paraphernalia - Superglue on a pipe

So swiM's pot smoking hippie has a chillum in which superglue got onto the mouthpiece accidentally. When this happened, he held a lighter up to the superglue that got on there (not breathing any of the fumes! He knows that may release HCN!) and got most of it off, but now there's a sticky circle around the mouthpiece.

My hippie wanted to know if there was any way to get it off, preferably with as few toxic/flammable solvents as possible - since it is a chillum and inhaling smoked solvents is obviously not particularly preferable to him.

SwiM thinks that because of the location of the superglue spill (on the mouthpiece, not the end that has teh lighter) wouldn't cause any problems in itself since direct heat is never introduced to it. However it would probably make him feel a lot better off if his piece didn't have dried superglue on the front, and swiM doesn't blame him.

Try rubbing alcohol that did the trick for my friend pink when he got too much inside when he had to glue a piece back together

Nail polish remover or acetone is what phaze uses to remove superglue from anything. Acetone will evaporate.
