SWIM's mate was wondering how one would go about making a 'dippy', or a cigarette that has been dipped in a PCP solution. Would he just dissolved a said amount into some water, cover the cigarette in it and let it dry for a bit...?
Also, SWIM's other friend was wondering if it was possible just to sprinkle to powder into baccy (for a rolled cigarette); would that work? Being SWIM's mate's first time, he would also appreciate subjective info on dose for a first-timer. The guy in question is very experienced in Ketamine, DXM and Nitrous, as well as a whole host of psychedelics (mushrooms, acid...) and a spectrum of Tryptamines like DPT and Foxy, as well as most of the 2C-x compounds - so he is not too afraid of diving in at the [moderately] deep end. Of course, he's done his research, looking up reports on Erowid, reading about it on Wikipedia and browsing the main basics thread on this site, but subjective opinions are always appreciated. I'm sure any help with preparation and dose would be of great benefit to SWIM's friend ![]() Thanks. |

Re: Making a 'dippy'
Look up "Angel Dust" - as this is called in the USA. Usually infused in parsley or mint leaves. 5mg is a good starting amount. If wearing leather-restraints...

Re: Making a 'dippy'

SWIM knows about potential dangers and mild mood swings, to say the least. But SWIM feels comfortable enough in his own personality and with his drug experience to handle with care. Thanks for the advice, but SWIM was really looking for the method of actual 'embalming fluid' preparation. SWIM is aware that tobacco and cannabis has be, quite literally, dusted with "Angel Dust" so he knows that he can just sprinkle 5mg of PCP into a rollie, but it seems like the dipping method would be ultimately more practical and less fiddly. Do you have any links/search terms to find out more about prepping for this method of ingestion? It's hard to phrase the question into good search terms without returning a whole load of threads with little to no relevance... |

Re: Making a 'dippy'
Phencyclidine would be dissolved in acetone at a known concentration such as 10mg/ml. This would then be dropped onto a quantity of plant material. This would then be fully mixed with more plant material to form a proper smoking mixture - being careful not to allow the treated material to clump into one area to avoid a one-hit Ooops!
Do NOT Use "Embalming-Fluid (formaldehyde)"!! |

Re: Making a 'dippy'
SWIM notices that the OPs location is the UK. SWIM has never heard of PCP being really obtainable in the UK. Is it hard to come by in the UK or completely non existant as SWIM hasn't even heard anyone discussing it, really.

Re: Making a 'dippy'
SWIM is guessing that Acetone evaporates much faster. The PCP would have a higher solubility in the Acetone than in the water (again, an assumption). So, if the solution was added to a cigarette and left to dry - possibly using a hairdryer just to make sure - it would be a lot quicker for the ciggy to dry...
SWIM's mate has accurate (0.001g) scales though, so is also considering just sprinkling the powder in a rolled cigarette, would this work...? It all seems like quite a hassle to SWIM but once it's done you have a very portable and practical solution. SWIY would just need a dropper bottle and a pipette/syringe and the PCP could be added to any plant matter. Alternatively, SWIM's friend was considering insufflation as means of ingestion. SWIM is not asking if this can be done as SWIM knows he will just be coldly referred to the Info thread, Wikipedia and/or Erowid, but SWIM is asking if the effects differ (apart from in duration) from that of smoking PCP? SWIM realises the dose would be the same but, as with all methods of ingestion, they have their different effects. SWIM is interested in this particularly seeing as PCP is a disocciative and Ketamine changes radically according to it's ingestion method. For example, orally it produces a lot more sedating effect and less psychedelic. And rectally it produces much the same and requires more of the drug - something that is very unusual as bioavailability increases massively when plugged for most drugs. |

Re: Making a 'dippy'
SWIM noticed the same. SWIM has never even heard anybody in the UK talk about PCP.

Re: Making a 'dippy' - a cigarette dipped in a PCP solution
^^ Yeah SWIM neither, Isambard. Nor can SWIM see anywhere on this page when it's mentioned...?
EDIT - Ah, SWIM was being foolish. SWIM wanted to make a dippy out of the 4-MeO.. version of PCP and just wanted to know the method. PCP goes mostly unheard of in the UK, or so SWIM hears... |

Re: Making a 'dippy'
if you r using powder just sprinkle it on
if u r using liquid after rolling or buying cigarettes squeeze the sides just to loosen the stuff in side a little then put the very tip in the liquid and suck from the filter end you'll see the liquid being pulled up the cigarette stop wen u want and leave it to dry a bit. u must let it dry because wet PCP can be flammable. |
