Opinions - Best single drug or stack for learning a new language?

Hi,

SWIM is wondering which nootropic(s) might be best for learning a new language, he wants to learn Spanish and thinks increasing memory retention and cognition would be really helpful and could increase the speed at which he can really take in everything new he learns.

Should he take piracetam or something else? He was also wondering about side effects such as insomnia and restlessness? Can anyone help him?
