DL-Phenylalanine, L-Tyrosine, and 5-HTP Potentiating effects on D-Amphetamine?

DL-Phenylalanine is a combination of D-Phenylalanine and L-Phenylalanine.

L-Phenylalanine in the body is converted into L-Tyrosine, and L-Tyrosine gets converted into L-DOPA, which is further converted into dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine.

Amphetamines work by increasing levels of norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine in the brain. So it would seem that they would potentate both the dopamine and norepinephrine effects of each other, increasing both the euphoria and stimulating effects of each other. Would this conclusion be correct, or does serotonin also play a large role in the eurphoria? Would also taking a 5-HTP cause the euphoric effects to be increased, as it increases serotonin as well?

If L-Phenylalanine converts into L-Tyrosine before having beneficial effects it seems, so would L-Tyrosine be a better Potentiator than DL-Phenylalanine, or does D-Phenylalanine play a role that would make the effects more enjoyable that L-Tyrosine doesn't have?

Looking at Wikipedia it seems D-Phenylalanine supposedly has an analgesic effect by the possible blockage of enkephalin degradation by the enzyme carboxypeptidase A, which L-Phenylalanine doesn't have. Does anyone know the accuracy of this, and would this pain killer effect be more similar to opiates or anti-inflammatory drugs?

Does D-Phenylalanine have any other effects L-Phenylalanine is lacking, and does L-Phenylalanine have any effects that L-Tyrosine is missing? Also do any of the of effects of DL-Phenylalanine decrease any of the effects of Amphetamines, or only increase effects?

That thread will have some useful info for SWIy.
Apparently amphetamines can be potentiated with caffeine, baking soda, piracetam, and alka-seltzer.
