Morphine and Oxycodone
SWIM split a 60mg controlled-release Morphine and took both halves around 3 hours ago. It worked fine, but it has nearly worn off and the pain is back. SWIM wants to know if taking a half (15mg) of a 30mg Oxycodone now will be okay?

it should be, if the last one is wearing off already. take half, and if it's not enough, take the other half. ODs mainly happen when someone is waiting for the effects, then redose before they have a chance to really start. once the effects reach their peak, it's much safer to redose, assuming they're intelligent about the dosages.

It should be fine. Does not sound like too much of anything unless Swiy happens to be a small child or pet
