Please describe any of your scenarios in hypothetical laguage, for the sake of the safety of us all. Mimosa is not illegal at all in the US, but obviously n,n-DMT is a controlled substance. IMO you are</span> being paranoid, and as such you may be incriminating yourself</span> with your choice</span> of</span> language</span>. There is a slim chance that if they found Mimosa, glassware/equipment for extraction, solvents and chemicals, and obviously crystalline DMT that they could potentially charge you with "conspiracy to manufacture a C-I hallucinogen" in addition to "posession of a schedule-I hallucinogen". Of course, extracting other plants that do not contain C-I substances is not illegal, and if your equipment was being used to extract non-illicit substances, then no such "conspiracy" exists. The only advice I can offer you is to be careful with your choice of words, be discreet and cautious with your personal activities, and do not break the law, or describe yourself as doing so. <!-- var SymRealOnLoad; var SymReal; Sym() { window.open = SymWinOpen; if(SymReal != null) SymReal(); } SymOnLoad() { if(SymRealOnLoad != null) SymRealOnLoad(); window.open = SymRealWinOpen; SymReal = window.; window. = Sym; } SymRealOnLoad = window.onload; window.onload = SymOnLoad; //--> <!-- var SymRealOnLoad; var SymReal; Sym() { window.open = SymWinOpen; if(SymReal != null) SymReal(); } SymOnLoad() { if(SymRealOnLoad != null) SymRealOnLoad(); window.open = SymRealWinOpen; SymReal = window.; window. = Sym; } SymRealOnLoad = window.onload; window.onload = SymOnLoad; //--> <!-- var SymRealOnLoad; var SymReal; Sym() { window.open = SymWinOpen; if(SymReal != null) SymReal(); } SymOnLoad() { if(SymRealOnLoad != null) SymRealOnLoad(); window.open = SymRealWinOpen; SymReal = window.; window. = Sym; } SymRealOnLoad = window.onload; window.onload = SymOnLoad; //--> Edited by: Eirias |

Follow eirias' advise. Maybe you should puta comment in your signature like me I dont think you should be too worried about the cops raiding your house unless you are doing things you shouldnt do, and making it publically known. If you have any suspision that your house could get raided, I would get rid of anthing that would be incriminating. BTW - SWIM means someone who isnt me. Its wierd, most people in here dont even do drugs, someone who isnt them does though

did you get this information? Is it kind of an US standard value for N,N-DMT? Is it state-dependend or generall US procedure? I even wondern that such number exist, since DMT is quite a seldom substance. Here in Germany the punishment depends from more factors than the amount itself, for example if it seems do be for own use only versus for selling it (higher punishment of course) |

For example if say 100 grams of heroin entails a US federal sentencing guidline of 15-75 years, and DMT is equivocated at 5x the potency of heroin (this is a random guess, simply based on an active dose of heroin in a non-tolerant user being around 10mg., and the same "active" level of dosage for DMT being around 50mg.), then by this reasoning, to be eligible for a sentencing guidline of 15-75 years for possession of n,n-DMT, one would need to possess over 500 grams. Please remember that these numbers aren't the federal US standard, they're just figures I've generated to show how this "heroin equivalency" method is applied. This is part if the reason why LSD tends to carry such stiff sentencing guidlines for simple possession (i.e. it's potency by weight). Keep in mind also that a set of sentencing guidelines is in effect outside of the heroin equivalency, for various more commonly-encountered substances such as cocaine and methamphetamine. It's only with the more obscure Scehdule-I substances that the heroin equivalency method is employed. Also, from my understanding there is no threshold amount of weight for n,n-DMT at which possession crosses from a misdemeanor to a felony-- possession in ANY amount (unless otherwise indicated, as with cannabis) of a C-I substance is automatically a felony-- the weight determines sentencing guidelines, not the nature of the crime. |

As long as the product is not being sold, I'd hardly think the long arm of the law would even bother.
