Comedown - Any tip to avoid comedown?

SWIM like to snort coke a lot, always top-up when the depression is coming, and always over-do his body limit, he know that will be bad the next day but he want to feel the moment. Next day he wake up bad, depression, headache, stomach pain, blood and stuffy nose. Guys, is there anyway to avoid or at least minimize the comedown?
