MDMA and Methamphetamine recovery - help wanted from the NHS (England)

I need to know what help the NHS in emgland can offer SWIM.

to make it brief. They took MDMA three times a week for 9 months,then tried to get clean, was off everything for two months. After that swim relapsed and started taking METH twice a week for about two months. Have been clean for a little over a week and can realy feel the pain.

They are taking prozac (40mg a day) to discourage themself taking anything else.
I have contacted th NHS about their problem, but I need to know what they could posibly do for me.

does anybody know? please help.

There is very little help for MDMA in the UK as it is not physically addictive, and I'm surprised SWIY (someone who isn't you) had any effects at all off MDMA using 3 times a week for that period of time.

As for meth, it's not very well known at all in the UK except in the gay scene and as such little help is available for it.

SWIY would be much better off contacting the NHS direct and asking what they can offer SWIY, if anything at all, because it does become kinda dependant on what drug treatment services are available in your local area.

What is the extent of the problem? What drives SWIY to use these drugs?
