I recently did a g of base (powdered amphetamine) and after the 2 and a half day binge ended I realised that I much more deined features and body tone. I am now considering doing this diet not as a regular thing but as a little boost occasionally. I was just wondering what vitamins I should take and how much I should try and eat each day?? Also wierd question but somebody says this sort of dieting destroys muscle as well as fat!! Does this include the penis as that really would'nt help. Anyway thanks for any answers given
