I recently did a g of base (powdered amphetamine) and after the 2 and a half day binge ended I realised that I much more deined features and body tone. I am now considering doing this diet not as a regular thing but as a little boost occasionally. I was just wondering what vitamins I should take and how much I should try and eat each day?? Also wierd question but somebody says this sort of dieting destroys muscle as well as fat!! Does this include the penis as that really would'nt help. Anyway thanks for any answers given James |

Uh, yeah, being skinny is great but who can appreciate it when you're dead? If you're going to use it for that purpose, bingeing is the most idiotic way to go about it - it only leads to addiction. And binge eating when you DON'T do it. I don't advocate it at all as I already know how incrediably few people can properly manage a diet with the help of illegal speed. And yes, simply starving for days at a time is pointless. You'll gain the weight back within a day, be weak as hell, and feel like total shit. Do it properly or not at all. |

I am grateful for your concern but we are all adults here and I was never going to bing in the first place, just do low doses like in DIET pills prescribed by doctors who I'm sure know what they are talking about. Thanks

the speed diet is pretty much useless, and yes it does eat away at muscle aswell as fat, and the more muscle you have the more fat you burn while walking/sitting on ur ass etc. once you stop the speed and you regain your appetite days later, not only will you be left with less muscle(wich in turn will hinder your fat burning ability in the long run) but you_could_ also put thefat back on as easy as you lost it, ontop of stimulants being bad enough for your heart as it is, losing more than 2 lbs a week is considered unhealthy, but if your really keen on doing it, i suggest you stick to low carb, high protien diet, and try to get some essential fats(flax seed oil), also speedbrings down yourimune system andall hard-drug users should take a multivitamin to keep healthy, it will also make u feel alot better the next day and help you recover. if you want to counter-act the speed eating at your muscle, i suggest you have a protien shake before and after having speed so that your body doesnt resort to harnassing muscle as fuel, wich it will if you have an empty stomach, this is a good tip for meth users so they dont end up looking like they live in etheopia.Edited by: MaFi0s0 |

Right, of course, that famous attitude surfaces once more. Hun, remember this now, diet pills are: A. In prescribed and controlled amounts B. Prepared by actual pharmacists, not street pedaling gangs in god knows what conditions I'm not condemnding this use of it, but don't act like you ride the high horse just because you seem to think you're the only one who knows that amphetimines are used as diet pills. From your first post, it's obvious there's a lot more important things about the entire issue that you DON'T know, so don't get touchy on anyone else just because you think you have it all figured out, thanks. |

I don't know if amphetamines are still used to loose weight, but I do know that this is the wrong way to use thisw powerful drug. As mentioned above, this stuff can cause the burning away of muscle tissue. Another thing to remember, after going through days with only 1 meal per day, your matabolism will adjust to take in more fats and calories. When you are not taking the amphetamine, your body will still be taking in much more calories and such than normal. If you want a nice body, you need to actually work at it, that means going to the gym and eating a BALANCED diet. Stay away from the damn chips and junk food.

Ever heard of the ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin diet? Google it and learn how to use it, because I've heard good things about it.
Btw, slowly get your metabolism back up to normal. You lose weight by burning more calories than you intake. Amphetamines cause weight loss by supressing the diet and increasing the heart rate. Just remember that weight loss starts in the kitchen, and if you're serious about it, then you need to be serious about what you eat. |

SWIM once had to lose a lot of weight quickly after fucking up both ankles. He started with 6x20mg of ephedrine and a can of diet coke in the morning and ended up using ephedrine and ghb on alternating days.
He ate once every 2 or 3 days and went from 122.5 kg to a reasonbly lead 96kg in a little over a month Exercise (upper body) was maintained throughout most of this period and the weight he lost was approx 3/4 fat and 1/4 muscle. |

And on that note, I agree with deadmoap, there are many other safer and healthier drugs to help get over those annoying hunger pangs. |

If you can use small amounts daily to reduce hunger it will work fine.
Now you will need to maintain a minimal healthy diet along with it, drink a couple of meal replacement shakes a day along with a good multivitamin. There is a lot to say on this topic but use your brain on whats healthy, grilled fish good, pizza bad its not that hard. |

quick wieght loss is mostly water rather than fat and muscle. This is why when youdiet/tweek for severaland start again you can literally put all the weight back on in one day, the water loss is refilled. |

If you do go on this "diet" at least try to eat once a day. Also make sure you take some good multivitamins to supplement what your body is not taking in due to not eating.

I'm pretty skinny (5" 9' 145lb to 155lb, closer to 145 after a weekend of doing crystal and closer to 155 on a friday when I been clean most the week) and I'm one of the few people I know who doesn't like the diet effets of doing it, I have a hard enuff time gaining weight/muscle when I'm not on it. When I am I have to force myself to eat and still almost always lose some weight. (witch I do my best to re-gain before I do more) I also always feel really weak and whatnot after I come down for a day or 2 I take vitamins and everything but it doesn't seem to do enuff... Anyway I'm rabbleing lol better go~

OK Lads.
I'm 5"8 an I weigh 65 kilos. I go to the gym regular and I box three a week, the amount of weight I lose is incredible (especially because I use speed quite often). At one point I lost so much weight I was a feather weight (for my build it was ridiculous). Drugs are great and they give you that lift you need (for work and socially ect) but you need to think of yourselves which I did eventually. I eat a huge amount of fat and protein drinks to keep my weight normal - I also use mind control to make sure I eat as much as I lose! You just need to learn how much is acceptable in your system, you don't want to be staring at your wall for 10 hours doing fuck all with work the next day. Moderation, self control and a good diet can solve all of your problems but it takes experience to realise how much you can and can't do. If anyone wants to ask questions PM me because I lost my head with amphetamine for a good 4 months before I realised. Remember never be stupid with this drug! |

Im not a doctor (yet) so this doesnt stand for shit
a SMALL line (10 - 20mg) once per day will take away hunger and give you energy. Do this after breakfast to make sure that you dont go for too long without food. Eating at the end of the day will ensure that your body has energy for while you are sleeping. if you dont have the willpower to limit yourself to a small line, go to your local doctor and try to get a script for a diet drug. Most likely you would be perscribed phentermine. Phentermine is ~1/3 the potency of amphetamine and will take away your hunger. I suggest this route because it means you can be sure your are getting exactaly how much of what you are meant to have. Another option is Clenbuterol. This doesnt reduce your appetite but instead increases the bodies temperature but the smallest of amounts. This tiny change can have you lose up to 11lbs in 14 days while still having you eating proper foods. if you are doing cardio work, do it either right when you wake up or just after weight-training in the gym. At either of these times, your muscles have used all of their stored energy (glycen) and will almost totally burn fat. 20 minutes 3x per week will be a good start |

i had a friend that lost 5 stone from doing a speed diet. and shes kept it off! she never lost muscle... she lost the big fat belly and the big fat arse. if u dont eat then u lose weight. simple as.
