Social - Arrested for shoplifting

So the other day SWIM got arrested for shoplifting from a well known high street store. Before u judge SWIM not been doing it long and previously had clean record. It was most mortifying moment of SWIMS life and cant help but think it would never have happened if SWIM hadnt started injecting gear. SWI got warning but pigs searched house so basically SWIMS parents found out n SWIM may get kicked out for it. Dont know what to do. Any advice?

Oh n b the way SWIM is an honest person never used to steal. Only illegal thing they had ever done before a few weeks ago was aquire drugs

swim has gotten arrested for shoplifting before. Consider swiyself lucky he only got a warning, swim has 6 days of community service, a year of probation, Out patient rehab, and a class on theft. The judge was having a bad day.

SWI had to be drug tested n must go to CJIT think it stands for Criminial Justice Intervention Team and SWIM must give clean drug screens or face prison

hope this helps. If you where never like that, that is not a good sign. Addiction will make people do things they normally would not. If you think it is injecting, than stop

Well it is heroin in general but since SWIM started injecting it got to ever day so needed cash every day which lead to shoplifting. Easy money so to speak. SWIM has never been so scared in his whole life

If you want to stop you will its as simple as that. Might be hard but if you really want to quit you will.

Thanks for all the support guys. It has been a real help. SWIM gonna try and keep clean before the tests. Luckily they tell you what dates the tests are so SWIM should be able to use less. SWIM also going to try to stop injecting if possible
