Drug stack

I'm 18, suffering from ADD and never used MPH, 5HTP...
Thinking about using these:

Vitamines + calcium, magnesium, iodine... all in one pill
Piracetam
Theanine
Omega 3 (fish oil)
Melatonine (dreams should rocks with Piracetam, I want achieve some lucid dreams)
Lecithine
Choline

My goal is to fight my poor memory, poor concentration and my laziness.
