Hydromorphone and Drug tests
SWIM has been using dilaudid for a few days.

Does anyone know if this will show up on a standard drug test (like the ones from walgreens)?

I believe it will not show up in a normal piss cup test as those tests test for the codeine or morphine and hydromorphone doesn't break down into either one of those

Doubtful. Erowid says it is not tested for in "standard" or "extended" tests. However, it is possible to test for it. It's detection time in urine is 3-4 days.

It all depends on the test given. A lot of tests out there certainly will detect hydromorphine. Wikipedia says it will show as morphine.
