Combinations - Kratom potentiation with hydroxyzine?

Hi everyone, my octopus has got a small amount of kratom resin sitting around and have recently come across some hydroxyzine, which he's heard can be used to potentiate opiates, roughly doubling their subjective potency. You can probably see where this is going...

So my question is, do you think the alkaloids in kratom would be affected in the same way if taken with hydroxyzine, even though they're not actually opiates or even opioids? Or better still, has anyone tried this themselves? It's well known to produce a somewhat similar effect, and thought to tickle many of the same sort of receptors, so I thought there might be potential for using it this way.

Edit: the octopus didn't really notice much difference, but the kratom resin may not have been all that strong in the first place, and he'd had some only a few days previous and so may have had a bit of a tolerance. But I'd still like to hear from anyone whose cephalopod companion has tried this sort of combination.

Sorry for answering an old post; SWIM has used hydroxyzine with kratom, but used it for itches ( for which it worked), SWIM did not notice a difference in kratoms effects.
