cops using dealers phone

Swims heroin and crack dealer was wandering why they hadnt been getting any calls one day,and so got their runner to go to a phone box and call it. They did and some stranger answered and asked them what they wanted,to which they replied,"i dont want anything i was trying to call my friend but you've answered",after a bit more questioning the person admitted they were the police,and had intercepted the mobiles line to gather numbers,then when sent to a meeting point,uniformed cops turned up,'just by chance',and took their names etc.!!! The runner got back to the dealer who tried themselves only to find the line cut off!! i always thought you needed court orders etc. to tap into a line? anyone else heard of this happening?

Wow, this is lousy. Swim has always worried about this type of shit happening, especially when phones trade hands.

In the USA, the military has been tapping lines for years - though they were not "supposed" to do so. Now, under the Patriot Act, they are allowed to - and share this information with all levels of Homeland Security. That includes local police - even your mailman! Be frickin' careful.

Yes - and remember: Drugs are supposed to support terrorism. That bag of grass put money into the terrorist's pockets. That's what they claim. So "terrorism" can be smoking pot or defaulting on a car-loan. Name it. As long as it's done in "good faith" in the name of anti-terrorism, all things are now legal to do to get you. As long as they claim that they were looking for terrorists, anything they may find incidentally to this - becomes legal evidence against you.

With Habeas Corpus stricken from the law, you can be charged without proof with ANY crime. You are guilty until you can prove yourself innocent. Which no one can do - you can't prove a negative. Either logically or mathematically.

In this light: I hereby charge George W. Bush with the murder of Jimmy Hoffa.
