Is buying unscheduled prescription drugs illegal?

SWIM's assuming the answer would b yes...SWIM is pretty sure but not 100% that you must have a valid prescription for unscheduled drugs...Has SWIY had any experience with unscheduled prescription drugs online?

For the US, and from my understanding, this is some sort of gray area. Law states you can legally import a 90 day supply of most medicines. I believe that only applies to medicine for which you have a prescription.

Buying Script only meds online without a Script is illegal. However, they are easier to obtain than scheduled medicines online. My friend, Swim, has imported medicines before. Generally though, it's a bad idea. The government is really cracking down on online drugs, and even the unscheduled drugs are becoming fake, rare, or just being sold by companies who take your money and run.

However Swiy looks at it, it is a gamble.

what would SWIY say are the chances of DEA or local law enforcement intecepting the package and making an arrest?

has any1 had any experience with online pharmacies?

Swim never had problems. Other Swim knows had no problems. However, others Swim know did have problems, being either seizure or a knock from some friendly people.

SWIMs aunt obtains tramadol and valium online and has never been caught this in itself is enough to make SWIM want to obtain some substances online...So for SWIYs friend who got a knock on the door or seized product what wuz the substance SWIYs friend tryed to obtain?

SWIM uses online pharmacys on a regular basis with no trouble at all,however it is worth noting that there is a lot of dodgy/rip-off sites out there.obviously people that generally know the reputable ones tend not to spread the the word in order to protect them though!as far as swim knows,regarding his country anyway,it is a bit of a grey area as far as the law is concerned.swsim has certainly never heard of agents knockiing on doors over a few benzo's by mail or whatever though although customs tend to send swiy a 'love letter' if they catch any goods that are being imported...

SWIM has bought diazepam from a online source out of, and while it took 3 weeks, it did arrive and was great! I think SWIM was lucky however.
SWIM tried the same site and didnt get anything, even though the sender said they would re-send when it did not arrive. I think they might have been telling the truth but it just got seized.
SWIM thought risking XXX was worth it, so 60 10mg Val. Too bad the 2nd time was a bust. SWIM might try again though.
