If you mean how much does a game weigh, Swim knows a game to equal 3.5 grams or 1/8 of an ounce.

a game swim has never heard this saying befor with any drug let alone ketamine they kormaly buy in grams or amounts there of like an 1/8th 1/4 ect.... or in liquid 125mls 250mls 500mls or 1ltr. but never heard of a game is this spersific to ketamine. as swim has heard of things like 8 balls ofuasly meening an 1/8th or 3.5 grams

In the South US, Swim heard people use (rarely!) the term game when referring to Eightballs or 3.5grams cocaine.
It's a less used term, due to confusion. Only used when other terms are too obvious, eg, public.
