Opinions - Shrooms and xanax?

SWIM and a few of his friends are trying shrooms on friday. they are getting what is reported to be 5 doses in a candy bar from a very trusted source. other bars of the same batch have been consumed and verified at about that dose, although grams is unknown.

so, this is SWIM's first time, and is a little nervous. would taking a small amount of xanax, 1/4 to 1/2 a pill, help with SWIMs anxiety, or simply compound it?

only two of SWIM's friends will be tripping at a time, and a sober sitter will be present. SWIM will be the only one taking the xanax if he finds it is a good idea.

any other tips to make SWIM and friends first time great would be appreciated!
