Constipation strikes again. O it do ye err to scuffle with the bowls for they will turn on ye faster then a rattlesnake ^.^ pain killers may relieve the pain for a short amount of time but sooner or later it'll get ya haha.

Not suprised if youre plopping a dinner set. Lactolose is available OTC, and on prescription. Start low and increase the dose and you can wave bye bye to constipation. You shouldnt get any horrible laxative effects, just normal bowel movements but they key is to start low and increase accordingly.

The problem was I was constipated so I took a laxative. My bowels moved, but there was a traffic jam at the anus. No way no how I was going to move that impacted brick and with a whole boat load of diarreah behind it. In short, it was tremors, chills, cold sweat and pain and screaming and a good hour 1/2 in the toilet until I had to resort to a rather unconventional method. I wont go into it but use your imaginations. Not fun at all.

Just get some milk of magnesia you'll be FINE! seriously unless you get a bowel obstructin because of not going for like a week or more.

Dude, I had the same thing happen to me. It was very horrible as well and the solution was not something I like to talk about. Long story short, I'm glad my fingenails grew out.

I know how you felt ... Both with the traffic jam in your bowels and the block of concrete not coming out, as well as the unconvential method of having to resort to, for removing it ... There are however ways to avoid it, like a steady diet with plenty of fibers, some good intense excercise, and if that doesn't work, laxatives.

Well the thing is that swim should have taken a stool softener as well. Swim knows that its little too late now but stool softener and some milk of magnesia would have helped so much. Now someone else mentioned fiber this is so true, Swim needs to eat a diet high in fiber if swim is prone to bowel problems.
