which type of diphenhydramine to use?

swim was on the benadryl website, and it shows that there are several kinds of benadryl available to her use. swim avoids taking pills if at all possible. there are quick dissolve strips with 25mg of diph each. there arw also the softgels, which swim can imagine would be easier to swallow and perhaps quicker to release?
what does swiy use when diphtripping? the standard little pink pills?
