Nice topic! Tough to cram such exotic emotions and experiences into one word.
Off topic, I read somewhere about a German word "Raush" or something like that, it was said to have meant something along the lines of a intoxicating and empowering rush. That would be a nice one for coke, assuming it is a real word.
