Overdose - Need tylenol removed without coffee filter

Swim recently came up on some vicodins. he spaced out the dangers of tylenol OD and took around 7 of the 5-500 ones. it was all spread throughout the course of the day but swim wants to take a few more for fun tonight.
he wanted to do a cold water extraction but found that he had no coffee filter to work with.

is there any other way to take the vicodin while minimizing the risk? swim assumes it probably wouldnt be safe to just take a few more right? so is there some other way he could get the tylenol out?

use an old t shirt

T Shirt or similar materials work fine in a pinch. Make sure to pre-wet the filter material.

assuming swim follows the directions carefully for the CWE, he shouldnt lose all that much hydrocodone in the extraction, right?
swim thinks it sounds like a good idea but he is just worried that if he extracts like 5 pills the effects will only feel like he took 2 or 3

At worst, it can be like 2 or 1, but if you do it with plenty of water and prewet filters, make sure the pills are properly ground/soaked and make sure to wring the filter well, you should be able to keep 90-95% of what you seek intact.

Swim knows that once using 100mg filtered felt like 60mg. He had fucked up the filter process.

Yeah thats what swim is hoping DOESNT happen haha
but yeah swim is thinking of doing 20 - 25 mg
he has barely any tolerance except for taking like 7 pills today but it wasnt 7 at once. more like 1 or 2 every hour or so
so he figures he'd still catch a nice buzz off 25mg of extracted hydrocodone
