Legal situation of -racetams, of US-import, and of Kava

Hi

SWIM would like to know whether piracetam or (especially aniracetam and oxiracetam) other -racetams are legal and if it would be possible to import the latter 2.

Is it possible to import from outside the EU in general (nutrition supplements)?

Whats the legal status of kava ?

If customs seize orders (like kava or supplements, of course not illegal drugs), does SWIY gets simply fined or can he get in serious trouble?

Whats the legal status of Iboga (/ibogaine hcl) in the Netherlands??
