IS there any speed substitute?

I'm wondering, is there any type of substitute we speedfreaks can get a hold of IF we cannot get ahold of any AMPHETAMINE OR METHAMPHETAMINE substances? Because FUCK, SWIM wants to get spun, and all he has is "A-CKO-HOL", and damn, all he can think about is getting SPUN. SPUN is the single best feeling in the world to SWIM. It's the one time where he's confident, happy, and ABLE TO DO SHIT. So what could a desperate speedfreak like SWIM do to get a fix?

AND whats up with this prefix stuff? I don't know what I'm talking about, let alone what category it would fall under.
