Side effects - Hydergine Causing Bradycardia?

Hello. The cousin of a friend of mine is old so he started (9 days ago) to use piracetam (3g/day) + choline + ginko biloba + siberian ginseng to refresh his brain.

Everything was ok.
Yesterday he started with a single 1,5mg Hydergine pill. It was evening.
After 4-5 hours he noticed heavy Bradycardia and he started to have fear. He noticed photosensivity, like on 7-8 HBWR, and open/closed eyes "BLOBS moving. He was scared for his life, even if reading the hydergine description he knew there wasn't any peril. Then he fell asleep but had nightmares. He woke up with the classic adrenalinic rush and racing heart of when you are "dreaming" to die.

Today he divided the 1,5mg in two parts: morning and afternoon. No Bradycardia. Just photosensivity and closed eyes BLOBS like 3-4 HBWR.

He never had dilated pupils. Did your ever heard of similar sides-effect with a single dose of hydergine?
