Addiction - What has worse withdrawals: Kratom or Cannabis?

ok here is the big question what do you think has worse w/ds? If you are a daily user?

We are just talking plain weed or plain kratom

kratom. Weed having physical withdrawals at all is still debatable, I think. Either that or somewhat negligible.

Kratom has been confirmed to have w/d symptoms from abrupt cessation of it's alkaloids from the body.

Marijuana, however, has little, if any information (REAL info, not garbage from people like DARE) regarding physical symptoms of withdrawal. However, Swim can personally confirm abrupt cessastion of smoking marijuana will produce only mental effects, such as cravings, mood swings, and similar. One will not exactly start throwing up and shaking because they did not get a daily joint.

Kratom has opioid effects. Opioids produce physical addiction, and addiction produces withdrawal without the opioid.

extensive kratom use, in swim's admittedly limited experience, has shown to have very tender w/d symptoms, if any at all. he's dosed twice daily for nearly a month, ran out, stopped cold turkey, and did not notice much except sleeping an unusually long time. could also be that swim is just blessed, but it was NOTHING compared to withdrawing from vicodin or methadone. (shudder, god.. methadone)

SWIM uses kratom pretty often and has never noticed any withdrawal or craving symptoms.

SWIM has used marijuana heavily for 9yrs... after 3-4 days without it he has mood swings, anxiety, insomnia, very vivid nightmares (consistent with the same 'user dreams' he had when kicking cocaine), loss of appetite, upset stomach, and cravings.

SWIM reports Kratom has the worst wds (daily use with kratom extracts), very much like wds from vicodin or similar strength opiates, sleepless nights, nightmares, RLS(the worst RLS). SWIM noticed little or no wds from very heavy cannabis use over many years(15 or so years). However SWIM must say that he was pretty out of touch with his mind, body and soul at this point.
SWIM says that because Kratom effects the brains delta opiate receptors one should be very careful when experimenting.
