A series of clips I uploaded about the upcoming documentary on DMT. The guy producing it watched some of my other videos and decided to mail me some preliminary interview clips to attract some attention for it when its released. They interview pscyhoactive drug expert Dave Nichols, DMT volunteer Susan Blumenthal, Leanna Standish Phd, and Graham Hancock. Some of the clips are cut a millisecond short unfortunately (not my fault, thats how I got them!) but you can still hear everything they say.

Looks like its a very well made documentary, they've interviewed some very respectful scientists on this controversial topic. Should be out before 2009. [Edit: Its been delayed. Should be done before summer 2009 now apparently]

Dont know why they interviewed hancock. To me he's a sophist. He does cover some very interesting historical material that I have a personal interest in though, but he never seems to really have an in depth knowledge of what he's talking about. Always Just comes over as confusing in what he's trying to say.

But one of the other participants, Joe Rogan, thats a different matter. Funny, insightful and interesting all at the same time.

Swim for some reason thought it was going to be a movie not a documentary. How cool would that be a big summer blockbuster with loads of cool special effects like lord of the rings, itd be the best film ever

My thoughts exactly. I'm really looking forward to seeing this, as I've read the book and found it fascinating. SWIM just needs to carry out a successful DMT extraction and try it before the film comes out.

Random hint: If your doing extraction, a word of advise. Dont evaporate, use freeze precipation, you'll get a much purer product.

you can go to cottonwood rerearch.
i'm not a 100% sure but i believe they are still in production and i know they were filming down in south america in july.

My guess is they are in post production but they still need donations, not only for the film but if you visit cottonwoods research projects and you can pick which project your $ goes to,it's tax deductable and i believe if you donate either $50 or $100 ,strassmand will send a signed copy of spirit molecule.

I dont think it's gonna be a hollywood blockbuster but will be a very interesting documentary.

I spoke to the producer and he said it would likely be done by early 2009 now, he's missed his christmas deadline. I hope its worth the wait.

I printed it out, with four pages on each A4 piece folded in half. If your printer can be setup easily to do that, it certainly saves you printing out all 369 pages!

Of course, its highly advisable to buy the proper thing to get better quality and support the author.

So it's pretty much the same as the book? I've been thinking about gettin the book, but if there's a video that's pretty much the same, as much as I'd hate to say but hell with the book. But if it's just adding to, that would be just as nice.

Book is most of the time more then film, more detailed etc. In film there is a lot of new interview's but to understand them all well i would recommend to first read the book and then film - then you will get better picture : )

& reading also trains brain so it's good one way or other... but its good

This is sooo cool. Swim just started experimenting with DMT and is astonished by what he has found. Nothing else can compare.
