Anal use - Plugging Brown

I've been a daily user for quite some time now, and fortunately, i've got things down to a much more manageable level.
I went on a methadone reduction program and got myself down to 5ml, although by this point i was feeling awful.
At the moment I keep myself straight on about 15mls per day. However, I'm still by no means over the gear.....just in a better place.

Anyway, I have this friend who happens to be in exactly the same situation as me, and he asks; as I have a bit of a tolerance, I'm wondering how much b I should use when plugging? and what do i use? dissolve in citric? or just use water? or what?
can you properly O.D. from plugging?

Whilst he is not a bender, he has absolutely no aversion to shoving things up his arse, in fact he thinks it can be great..... so he feels it's time he put some brown up there, especially if it's gonna save him money...(he currently just smokes it).
