Piracetam: Tolerance and Increasing Dosages

hello to all,
over the last month i have been fiddling around with nootropic stacks, had great fun doing so and have gained alot from the experience. currently my stack looks somethings like this:
Morning-
Centrum multiVit
500mg DL-Phenalalynine
250mg CDP-Choline
300mg Choline Bitartrate
2.5g Piracetam
200mg Forskholii (40mg active forskolin)
and and Omega acid supplement

Evening-
1.5g piracetam
500mg Choline bitartrate
omega acid supplement

Night-
sublingual melatonin with b6
sublingual 5htp (50mg)
100mg Bacopa

when i first started this stack i would feel very nice, alert, in the zone and ready for an academic day. over the last few weeks these direct efects have become less normal and i feel a little slower and more sleepy. is there any sort of tolerance with piracetam? my main questions are 1)as it stands now would anyone suggest increasing my choline intake, i feel it may be a little low although i dont really get the headaches people often associate with choline deficiency and 2) would doubleing the piracetam intake (with a complementary increase in choline intake of course) be too much?

thank you all for the help
