US Homeland Security Nazis Kill Child
Surely you've heard about how US airport security operates; how they treat people, detain them and make them miss flights, or confiscate harmless items.
I've heard stories told by other people, and for reasons I'll not disclose here, I'm always delayed myself, but now they've finally gone and done it. They've finally killed someone, ... an infant child! http://starbulletin.com/2008/02/13/news/story02.html ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- An ailing newborn from American Samoa would still be alive had he not been detained inappropriately at an airport checkpoint, the family's lawyer charged yesterday. Attorney Rick Fried plans to file a wrongful-death lawsuit against U.S. Customs and Border Protection on behalf of the baby, Michael Tony Futi, who died Friday, and his parents, Tony and Luaipou Futi of American Samoa. Michael's mother wept yesterday as she described her anguish. "If they would have let us come out immediately, my baby would still be here," she said. "I can't eat. I can't sleep. I'm traumatized with the whole situation." The baby was born Jan. 25 by Caesarean section at LBJ Tropical Medical Center in American Samoa, where his doctor discovered he had a hole in his heart. The child was due to undergo an examination at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children for possible heart surgery. According to documents provided by Fried yesterday, federal customs officials faxed a waiver form to Hawaiian Airlines and LBJ Tropical Medical Center notifying them about the agency's approval for Michael's mother -- who was born in Western Samoa -- to travel to Honolulu. Fried said the mother and an accompanying nurse had U.S. passports. They arrived at Honolulu Airport about 5:30 a.m. on Friday and were the first off the plane. Apparently there was a problem with Luaipou Futi's waiver form and all were taken to the customs checkpoint, Fried said. Simamao Nofoa, who served as an interpreter in a news conference in Fried's office in Honolulu yesterday, said officials did not explain to Michael's mother why they were being held. The traveling nurse was unable to persuade officials to let her and the baby go while they sorted out the waiver issue with the mother. She arranged for her best friend, a nurse who works at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children, to pick them up at Honolulu Airport. After a half-hour in the warm, locked room, the baby suffered respiratory failure, Fried said. Airport paramedics responded at 6:10 a.m. and administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation. An ambulance took Michael to Kaiser Medical Center at Moanalua, where he was pronounced dead. Autopsy results have been deferred pending further studies, according to the Medical Examiner's Office. Jim Kosciuk, spokesman for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, declined to comment due to potential litigation. Fried will first file a required "notice of claim" form to the federal government. The government will have six months to accept or deny the claim. Michael was the couple's fourth child. They have a 14-year-old son, a 13-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old adopted son. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- US national security forces, hard at work fucking the people. They'll claim the parents were smuggling heroin and made their daughter swallow it in condoms.

Re: US Homeland Security Nazis Kill Child
Quite a shocking situation. Has this received any mainstream TV media attention? If viewed in a certain way, this should be a national scandal and massive repercussions would have to be made. Chances are people are too caught up in elections, weather and Paris Hilton to pay any attention to this tragedy. Seems no-one cares about the little people.

Re: US Homeland Security Nazis Kill Child
Thank you, all.
Your points are well taken, but here at home, the kid is still DEAD! None that I’ve seen! Quote:
It sure seems like it! Quote:

In my opinion, all that’s missing is the fucking swastika, but nevermind all that. The main thing is to just shut the fuck-up so the stupid tourists will keep coming. Hey, while you’re here, enjoy the beach: http://www.honoluluadvertiser.com/ap...809010359/1001 Big Island firefighter Chadwick Chun Fat was searching for a missing swimmer yesterday in a department helicopter when he spotted a great white shark about 1/8-mile from where the man disappeared off McKenzie State Park. Chun Fat compared the shark to a 25-foot boat, with a blunt snout and large tail and pectoral and dorsal fins. "We thought maybe it was a big tiger shark at first but then we flew at it with the sun at our back and said, 'That's no tiger shark,'" Chun Fat said. "It had no stripes, just dark gray. It looked like a big, stubby submarine. It was very big." About an hour after the shark left the area, Chun Fat dived into the ocean and discovered pieces of tattered white board shorts and underwear belonging to the missing 27-year-old man. The board shorts appeared to have teeth marks in them, said Battalion Chief Darren Rosario. "The shorts were torn with strong evidence that a shark had hit it," Rosario said. "They had teeth patterns like a shark bite." Fire officials later showed the tattered shorts to the man's family and the search for his body was suspended, Rosario said. But it remains a mystery whether the bites were related to the swimmer's disappearance, Rosario said. "Nobody will ever know that," said Chun Fat, a fire rescue specialist. He saw the shark swimming parallel to McKenzie State Park, where the swimmer was swept away from the steep and rocky shoreline Saturday night during a night of drinking and partying. Chun Fat is both a commercial fisherman and avid diver and said, "We see a lot of sharks out here — Galapagos, tigers — but that's the first time I've seen a great white in person." The shark's dorsal fin stuck about a foot out of the ocean and its tail fin also broke the surface of the water until the helicopter flew close by. Even then, the shark dipped just below the surface, Chun Fat said. The missing man had been drinking at McKenzie State Park Saturday night when he jumped into the ocean just before dark and got into trouble. Friends threw him makeshift flotation items and tried to string ropes together, but the line was not long enough to reach him, Chun Fat said. The rocky shoreline features 30-foot cliffs and a strong ocean surge, Chun Fat said. ----------------------------------------------------- Try this, I’ll bet ya heard nothing about this, either. http://www.honoluluadvertiser.com/ap...LOCALNEWSFRONT These stories aren’t even listed as shark “attacks”. You have to dig to find them. http://starbulletin.com/2008/09/11/news/story02.html A day after a shark attacked a surfer on Oahu, the state is warning people across Hawaii to be cautious when entering the ocean because of an apparent increase in sharks swimming in shallow waters. The alert came after a shark bit the leg of 40-year-old Todd Murashige on Tuesday while he surfed a break off Kaaawa. He was listed in stable condition yesterday at the Queen's Medical Center. State officials say there seem to be more sharks venturing near the islands, possibly to spawn. There have been at least eight confirmed shark sightings on the Big Island in the past two weeks. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- These stories aren't from 4 or 6 months ago, They are RECENT! ... that is just the cover-up that the HAWAII STATE Government engages in. Just imagine how much harder it will be for this poor family who lost an infant child due to FEDERAL government neglect when they try to get federal compliance for information requests. Watch government sponsored attorneys drag out litigation to the the point where the family s stretched to their financial and psychological limits, and then made to settle for pennies. Is THIS the country that young men are made to think they are defending when they are sent into hellholes like Iraq and Afghanistan? Last edited by Woodman; 18-09-2008 at 06:10. |
