SWIMs interesting observation with multi Vs

So SWIM is a daily codeine user and occasional oxy user. SWIM has been doing a little self experiment lately. For the last 5 or 6 years SWIM has always used one multi vitamin or another the whole time and ate pretty good.

SWIM decided to stop taking them for a couple of months to see weather they effected his high and SWIM found that he still got high with poor nutrition and no multi Vs. But when SWIM started to take them in the last 2 days(at double the recomended dosage in the interest of the experement) and ate well he was signifiganly higher at a lower dose of codeine than he normally does, with the codiene itches and all, which he never gets.

So he can only come to one conclusion that a good diet suplimented with multi Vs gives swim a better high.

This is prbebly pretty obvious but i think the better one eats, the more higher one will get.
