more than 4 grams of acetaminophen will causes liver damage and 15 grams will kill the average person (google it), so next time SWIyou takes hydrocodone in such high doses (20 hydros sndz like a hell of a dose) SWIyou should take this into consideration and do a CWE. BTW no idea if SWIyou is opiate tolerant but 20 hydros is an excessive dose of hydrocodone to acheive euphoria, SWIM when prescibed hydrocodone, was very stoned off of only 15mg and as a moderate user can get good effects from 10mg with cannabis.

LOL, ten at once is not to hard to see, swim seen friends of swim's go though 10 in about 5mins, they just crush and go, they also go though vic's sticks like candy, and that's the normal dose for them at once they said, swim just sits there shaking swims head, and bitchs about them taking so much apap, one laughed and said that was his 7th time that day, and then starts saying the next day his side hurts, swim was like "really, wonder why?" and told him next time do some cwe's.

they make different size hydros. I'm not sure the range, but there's deffinitly a difference between 20 5mg, and 20 7.5mg. try being a little more specific.

Snorting 10 5/500's of vicodin in one sitting is fucking impossible. swimmie had a friend once that was stupidly snorting vikes (regretably not the first time he's seen somebody do it) and the guy was taking regular coke sized lines off of the pill one after the other all night and in the end managed to only snort like 1 1/2 to 2 pills max that night. What fucking dumbasses I'm sorry but seriously what if this fuck up was handed 10 OC 80's instead of 10 vike 5/500's...

For the size dose swiy did it sounds like 5/500's.swim can take 6 to 8 of the 5/500's but no more cause of the apap in it.CWE is needed from there cause swim needs 75 to 80 mg of hydrocodone to get a good high.Snorting that much sounds a little far fetched to me as 1 pill is like a gram powder wise..your nose would be totally clogged after the second one...and the puking probably came from all the bullshit running down your throat.As said earlier..that amount of acetaminophen will do severe damage to your liver and you might not know it right away..its a cumalitive process that by the time you realize it it will be too late.

Take the advise and if swiy is going to fuck with this stuff learn the cold water extraction method..it might just save your life.

Chew it as Vicodin contains hydrocodone and acetaminophen. Thus, snorting 5, 7.5, or 10mg of hydrocodone with 500mg of acetaminophen is no fun and will just resort in a clog upped nose.

First off the op said they snorted 10 then swallowed 10 not snorted 10 more. It;s not impossible to snort 10 in one sitting. Swim has done it back in the day when young and naive. Swim thinks a combination of acetominophen toxicity and opiate intolerance were to blame for the vomiting.

swim has had friends that have their noses clogged after 2-3 5/500s. he's not even sure how you could force 10 pills up the nose... maybe 5-6 by doing 3 each nostril... owch doesn't sound like too much fun to swim though. he'd suggest just chewing them get some pure oxycodone for the snorting fun. have fun & stay safe.

Swim is pretty sure the average nose can only hold up to 2 grams. OP, if swiy is not BSing, swiy should really get his liver checked out. If swiy starts feeling pain in his liver or parts of his skin turning yellow, he should go to the ER ASAP. The effects of an acetaminophen od usualy show up 1-3 days after doseing.
