Canada RC laws and P.O. box

What are the RC (2ci, 2ce, 2ct2)laws for Canada? Are they more relaxed or what?


SWIM wants to know if he can get a P.O. box in Canada if he lives in the USA?

Nevermind the first part but does anyone have an idea about the P.O. box?

It shouldn't be a problem... lots of people from out of the country use PO boxes if they are visiting for a while and need somewhere to recieve mail... I don't know if it'd do you any good though, most places won't deliver to a PO box...

I think you just have to call up a place that rents them. Why do you want one if you're in the US? In what province?
