Alcophyllex syrup?

Does SWIY know if this is safe or not, or know of a extraction method to extract the diphenhydramine from the syrup?

Ingridients are

-Theophylline 16,67 mg
-Diphenhydramine HCL 6,7mg
-Hydroxyethyl Theophylline 1,67mg
-Ammonium Chloride 120mg
-Sodium Citrate 50mg

SWIM is asking because of the diphenhydramine in it.
