Can someone please share the most effective and easy recipe for cooking Amanita caps?

Can I simply make a tea?

A friend tried tea. They took a spoonful of extract and melted it in their coffee. It worked well. What kind of recipe are you looking for??

Swiy knows a Swim who ordered 1oz and is trying differnt methods of ingestion.

This will be swims first time.

Swiy knows Swim wants to try smoking/eating/Tea

Swim would like to know if there is any methods than the said ones above that are more effective methods of ingestion?
