Combinations - Potentiating Diphenhydramine?

Hello all I recently got this letter from my purple monkey dishwasher.

I was wondering if there is anyway to increase the sedation of Diphenhydramine without increasing the doses. Such as orange juice with schrooms, or Diphenhydramine to hydrocodone haha. I would prefer something that is easy to get as I do not have many fences for the more ...exotic enhancers. It is also preferable that this said enhancer not enhance the deliriant effect as I am not fond of it. I plan on consuming around 200-250mg of it and know this will give a sedative effect but I would like more. Any info is appreciated!

The only thing that comes to mind would be grapefruit juice which would inhibit the enzyme responsible for breaking it down. I've heard of no reports showing the effects this could possibly have on a trip since the medication is so easily and cheaply obtainable, in most cases it doesn't require potentiation. Note: there isn't information regarding the effects so tread very lightly with any experimentation.

In any case there wouldn't be a way to just enhance "the sedative effects" without also enhancing the delirient effects. These are both effects of the same drug. It's like taking cocaine for the euphoria but saying that SWIY didn't want any extra energy from the drug, it can't work like that. It seems like SWIY has unreachable expectations and should research a little bit more on the subject.

swim has done diphenhydramine before... first time it was 500mg... not a good idea >.< and swim was asking for something that would potentate the effect of sedation. But either way thank you for the information.

also swim planned on fighting the delieriant effect of it by taking less then 250mg.
