Drug info - Few questions about Adderall

Hello to everyone on this forum.
This is a SWIM corrected repost.
SWIM has some questions about Adderall:
1: Why do SWIM stop feeling the effects of 50mg XR after 5 hours? And will SWIM avoid the crash by taking another dose 4 hours after first dose? SWIM wants to feel effects for about 12 hours, what does he needs to do to achieve that? SWIM is 260 lb

2. What is better for getting rid of acidity in the stomach before taking Adderall: baking soda or tums?

3. Sometimes when SWIM is on Adderall he feels his pulse all over his body. Will taking Aspirin lower SWIM's blood pressure? Also, i know that Aspirin is an acid, will that shorten the duration of the effects? Is it safe to take it with Adderall?
