Extraction - Estimate on how much opium extracted from 300 medium sized pods?

Going to grind them all up into a powder and throw it into a large pot where they'll be simmered for 30 minutes. Filter out the particles and slowly (naturally) evaporate the opium rich water.

How much, estimate, would SWIM be looking at

SWIM also read that 10 times the amount of water by weight and volume must be used when simmering. How true is this?

Thank you for this link. I read the entire thread and I guess I'm missing the point?

I'm not making poppy tea. I'm grinding up dried pods, simmering, straining the particle matter out, and slowly evaporating the mixture. What should be left is opium to smoke (or refine into morphine), am I correct here?

By my math, It would take somewhere between 210-420 poppy pods to get an ounce of opium [assuming you got around 80mg of Opium per pod (based of things I've read), or the average was about that, and you either score the pod once, or twice, accounting for the doubles number above.] I'm not sure how much would allow itself to be collected the second round of scoring, so I'd like to have a large amount of the poppies.

Morphine is responsible for about 10% of the makeup of Opium, which would mean if my extractions were successful, I could make about 2.8 grams of crude morphine (some of it would be codeine) out of an ounce of Opium. I think this would be decently worth it. Ammonium Chloride and Calcium Hydroxide are required chemicals for the extraction. Both of which aren't too difficult to get.
