Fighting a headache with power of the mind

A little while ago my friend gave me advice that changed my outlook, I was talkin bout a headache I had when he told me to groove off the pain. At first i didn't knwo what the hell he was talking about, but after some explaining i understood. Don't fight it just go with the pain and it can be a good thing.

I'm sorry but unless you are a masochist pain can't be a good thing! I'd say reach for the painkillers! How about you smack your head off a wall a couple of times.... might give you a rush!!! LOL
