Drug info - Few questions about Adderall

Hello to everyone on this forum.
First of all i want to thank you all for putting so much info here. You guys (members) are awesome.

I have some questions about Adderall:
1: Why do I stop feeling the effects of 50mg XR after 5 hours? And will i avoid the crash by taking another dose 4 hours after first dose? SWIM wants to feel effects for about 12 hours, what does he needs to do to achieve that? I am 260 lb

2. What is better for getting rid of acidity in my stomach before taking Adderall: baking soda or tums?

3. Sometimes when SWIM is on Adderall he feels his pulse all over his body. Will taking Aspirin lower my blood pressure? Also, i know that Aspirin is an acid, will that shorten the duration of the effects? Is it safe to take it with Adderall?

Temporarily yes. Eventually, no. There is no avoiding the crash and it will become more protracted and severe the greater the amount of time the individual is under the influence.

SWIM wants to feel effects for about 12 hours, what does he needs to do to achieve that? I am 260 lb.

SWIM's hamburger tells me to feel effects for 12 hours one would need to re-dose at some point. It all depends on method of ingestion, food intake before, personal body specifications and many other variables. No one can give you a reliable dosage, but a safe method to achieve 12 hours would be to dose a small amount (maybe 10 mgs to start) and keep upping a little bit every half hour or so until desired effects are reached.

While there are a few doctors who recommend a daily aspirin to help with blood pressure, the effectiveness of it depends on when it is taken. Studies have determined that taking aspirin at night is more effective for this purpose. So I think it is safe to say yes, it is safe to take a dose of aspirin before adderall, and may lower your blood pressure, but this can not be relied upon if one is to take too much adderall hoping that the aspirin will cancel out the negative effects. It is sensible to just take a reasonable amount to make sure that blood pressure isn't a problem. And no, I don't think aspirin should have any effect on the duration of intoxication, but you may want to do some research into that for yourself.
