opiates and climaxes

This has probaly come up before and swim has discussed this briefly with one of his friends on here, but the friend is a girl and swim really didn't want her to think he was a pervert. Not that swim is.
Ok, swim is using dihydrocodeine quite a bit after a nice long opiate break to reduce tolerance and now, no matter how aroused swim gets, swim cannot cum! This happened off and on when swim took heroin but no where near as bad as this.
Swim means really bad. It's like there is somekind of blockage and it's driving swim mental.
On dihydrocodeine and heroin, swim gets very aroused and constantly feels like "it" but now, no matter what is put in front of swim as an incentive, it just won't happen.
Swim is seriously thinking of getting something to stop his sex drive altogether.
