What effect has taking drugs had on swiys looks? What is the drug most likely to alter swiys physical appearance?
Do any drugs actually enhance looks?

Personally after years of Heroin and other opiates, swim found his face and bum to take the brunt of everything. Swim is very thin and swims face looks wasted.
Swims bum is also just about not even there! All since the drugs.

Also, any ideas on how to put weight on your face?

i dk, swim actually feels drug use has no effect on swims appearnce. given though thats swim okly smokes marijuana on a regular basis and occasionally will use some of his other faves(opiates and psychedelics mainly). Swim would adive jsut eating more.

SWIM thinks that amphetimines an meth-amphetamines realy change people quite drastically in quite a short period of time. Also SWIM feels it is quite easy to spot the "Hezza junkie" but thats probably more because of the lifesyle of a herroin addict then the actual substance.

Also SWIM found out that his exess of alcohol, marijuana and other substance abuse may have led him to develope mild Gynocomastia (SP?) or basically little man titties. SWIM and SWIM's lady think there kinda cute, and perhaps may help him score with lesbians, WOOOT.

LSD gave the priestess' eyebrow muscles independent movement. Now one can go higher than the other or vice versa.
As for weight gain, this person may not be able to put on weight any more. A male friend of mine who has never used heroin is extremely thin by nature. However, this friend of yours can probably have all the pints and milkshakes s/he wants without gaining a pound. Geez, being too skinny? Really?

It's the lifestyle as much as anything else, people say. Eating better and exercising more might help SWIY.

Lifestyle certainly does suffer whilst swim pursues his other interests.
Swim did go on a year long health kick once which included vegetarianism. To this day swim is still a vegetarian and often wonders if this has anything to do with his skeletal appearance.
Trouble is, swim looks like your stereotypical drug addict.

a boogie man says a sharper more defined 'pleasing' facial appearance from rolling on lots of mdma was the first noticable change many years ago, the boogie man progressed in to becoming a skinnier raver from his altered metabolism & growth substantially from cocaine, mdma & meth use. boogie man's eyes became more sunken in over a few years due to cannabis use along with the other gravy with sleep deprivation. the boogie man then turned in to a monster & scared people more than usual, later realising & then stopped abusing. the monster is now mostly a skinny defined/mysterious human being with body pains & organ problems due to evolution & self realisation.

My little fishy used to be really skinny, especially the face, his best friend even showed him pictures from years ago and she couldn't believe how his face had changed.

Little fishy used to use a lot of stimulants and eat little, these days little fishy eats more, uses drugs far far less and goes to the gym (weight training) at least 3 times a week, resulting in a fairly nicely defined figure... although more work is needed yet. :P

Drugs made SWIM look a bit (or sometimes very) rough only when on them or coming down. SWIM was addicted to heroin, valium then detoxed from methadone and looked the worst on methadone. 4 months clean and he looks great again. SWIM has very stretchy skin he must have lots of collagen, but then he was breast fed.

Try fresh aloe vera gel cut from the plant.

swim was always fat and still is after he started using drugs, although i would add its only been a year since swim has had his first encounter with marijuana and even less with magic mushrooms.
but swim would think that if weed is going to change your appearence, it will be your weight because of them munchies. swim sometimes wonders what would happen if anorexia patients used cannabis as a treatment.

Only time anyone can tell Swim eats huge amounts of drugs is either on things like DXM, where it's obvious, and things like benzos, where he just looks FUCKED UP. Half open eyes and off facial expressions.

Swim smokes pot every day. He might've gained a little weight from his eating binges on it.

Perhaps SWIM's longer-than-average hair is a result of his cannabis habit, although the wheels had been put in motion before he became a regular smoker.

swim's got the long hair goin, rarely clean shaven, skinny, and wears tattered jeans, a t-shirt (possibly with a thermal underneath) and a flannel. Definitly looks like a junkie, but even when swim stopped (regularly) using drugs, the apperance was the same. Of course I've never seen a change due to something like heroin or meth, but from hydro/oxycodone binges there's no change, aderall binges there's no change, just a little weight lost in the rib area, and from blazing every day, nothing. Always remaind healthy. Swim's been lucky though and can catch very early when things are going bad.
