Addiction - If you start to smoke again

how long will it take for your body to become addicted?
i was stressed over hurricane gustav so i smoked about eight cigarettes today, and don't plan on smoking again.
is my body going to go through withdrawals? or is that too short of a time to become addicted once again.
i quit about four or five months ago.

SWIM thinks you should be ok. It depends if you have an addictive personality and if you had a very hard time quitting before. Just don't worry about it and don't think about smokes.
