Getting a benzodiazepine script..
SWIM suffers from what he would call GAD with very minor social anxiety. He was interested to know what things he would have to say to a GP for the outcome to be a script for some anti anxiety pills instead of CBT? which has been tried in the past for him but did not work.
He lives in the UK. Thanks
