4-aco-dipt- Red spots??

I bought this drug off the internet and had a go at it a coupple of days ago.. but It had a bad side effect I think. Im not sure if it was in my head because I found nothing about it on the internet.But I remember having this side effect once befor trying this drug . My face got unnatturally pale and I got red spots all over my face. I already had a few spots but all of a sudden there were so many of them. I asked a friend if she could se them (she wasn't high) and she could. Is this a normal side effect? I would really apreciate if someone could explain to me what happened.
