Official Commentary on the 1971 UN Drug Convention
A new entry has been added to File Archive
Description: Official Commentary on the 1971 UN Drug Convention This is several hundred pages in length, and is the official (although non-binding) explanatory notes from the UN to member states on how to interpret each of the articles in the Convention. Basically the commentary provides detailed guidance to states on what the drug convention means, doesn't mean and how it is to be interpreted and implemented. Please note that this file is very large (around 50MB) and as such should not be downloaded unless you have a real interest in the document. Access has been restricted to members only.
