Complete noob to speed
Sorry, swim is a complete noob to speed. swims tried e many times loves it and feels it's time to branch out. swim has tried search engine but didn't come up with anything, prob his fault.
Swims question - Just bought a gram of speed, swims taking it tomorrow night at a party, swim is about 180 punds (84ishkg) reasonably fit, how much do you take in 1 go?? swim is splitting the gram with a friend, will 0.5 gram be enough?? do you take a 'dose' all in 1 go or 'top up'/split it through the night? Also do you have to watch fluid intake like with e? Any help much appreciated.
